How to claim your rewards

Once your video views hits a reward milestone, then: 

1. Within one month of publishing the video, take a screenshot of the video analytics showing the total views and engagement.

FAQ

What are the requirements for videos? Plus
  • The video must be at least 10 seconds long.
  • An actual Bluvall e-bike must be featured in the video.
  • The video must be posted after October 1st, 2026.
  • The engagement rate must reach at least 3%: (Likes + Comments + Shares) ÷ Views ≥ 3%.
  • All qualifying views and engagement must be achieved within one month of the video’s publication date.
  • The video must be original content, with performance data verified through the Creator Dashboard.
  • The video must comply with Community Guidelines.
Who can participate in this event? Plus
  • Participants must be customers who have made a purchase through the official Bluvall.com store; purchases made via unofficial or unauthorized channels do not qualify for this event. 
  • Furthermore, creators who are currently collaborating with Bluvall, receiving official sponsorship from Bluvall, or participating in the Bluvall Affiliate Program are also ineligible to take part in this event.
Is it possible to receive multiple awards? Plus
  • Every single video/link can only be redeemed for a reward once. (highest video views achieved)
  • You can film and upload different videos to get more chances to claim multiple rewards.
  • Each account can receive a maximum of 5 rewards in total.
When will the payment be made? Plus
  • Rewards will be paid during the last week of the following month for the previous month's submissions.
  • Submitting your screenshot via "Contact Us" is considered your official entry, and the submission time is based on when the screenshot is uploaded. All eligible rewards will be processed during the scheduled payout period.
How do I know my video has been rewarded? Plus
  • The official email address: bluvallebike@gmail.com will email you directly for additional details.
  • Make sure you provide a valid email address and keep an eye on your mailbox!
  • The amount is paid to you without deducting any taxes, duties, tariffs, or other related governmental fees. As required by relevant regulations, you will need to take responsibility for any such charges that may apply.
  • Participants must provide a valid PayPal account. Failure to receive payment or account restrictions will be considered a forfeiture or require an alternative payment method.
