As far as the bike we are now up to 325 miles since the last review. Customer service did respond in the last review about sending me a new bag but apparently they are going to give me a code for a 50 dollar off gift certificate. So they seem to be trying to take care of that issue. Other then that the bike is a beast. Works great for using it to deliver food. I did hit some small jumps and brought it down a stair way and it performed amazing. Biggest down fall with hitting small jumps is some times the chain will pop off but thats to be expected with any mountain bike at times.
So far I have put 200 miles on the Bluvall R700 in a week doing door dash so far im very happy with the bike. Only issue I had was the phone holder bag that comes with the bike the zipper broke already and the lock that comes with the bike is not the best so I bought a different one!! Other then that so far im very happy with it!!
Amazing bike. Plenty of power and mighty battery. Very comfortable with front and rear shock absorber, it takes me everywhere with style and reliability l.

I purchased an e-bike from Bluvall in May 2025, and it was delivered around two months late (July 2025). From the beginning, there were already issues with missing or damaged components, which made the experience frustrating from day one.
After only a few months of use, the bike developed serious malfunctions involving the display, controller, and rear motor, eventually becoming completely unusable. I reported the issue immediately when it started and provided multiple videos, photos, serial numbers, and detailed explanations.
Instead of offering a real solution, customer service repeatedly asked for the same information over and over again, without properly reviewing the case. This back-and-forth continued for months. In some cases, I was told parts were being shipped or the issue was being processed, only to later receive different responses.
At one point I was even forced to purchase a replacement display myself because no concrete solution was provided. Even after replacing parts and following all troubleshooting steps, the bike still does not work.
Customer service has been extremely slow, inconsistent, and unhelpful throughout the entire process. Communication feels like delay tactics rather than real support, and the problem remains unresolved.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to trust this company. The after-sales support is the worst part of the entire experience and completely unreliable.
I regret trusting this company.

Don’t have anything go wrong with your bike. You’ll get asked the same question over and over on whatsapp with no resolution.
Chain broke with in a week or so. Then 5 months in we’re having brake and suspension issues. Took to bike shop and they said it’s not well made. Reached out about using our warranty and have been going back and forth with email communication for over a week and no resolution. They gave me an whatsapp number and no one answers when I call. Very frustrating!
This might be the most full featured ebike under $1000, with features on models that cost twice as much!

I was going to purchase more but fuck no!!!
First received bike, while installing encountered issues. Contacted customer service who recommended the video which I already watched and steps and pieces they have in video my bike did not have. Turns out the Manuel for installation was not the correct one. Then my battery didn’t work. They stated at time the battery goes into sleep mode. Customer service had me buy things to troubleshoot, which pissed me because the continued to request things I already sent such as videos and pictures. They eventually sent a new battery which took long that when I decided I just wanted to return the bike it was past the window of returned. It was an entire month of back and forth before they decided to send a new battery! I received zero compensation for all the problems and money I spent. Had no choice but to keep it. Sent a email about the key we had not working, took a MONTH to reply. Finally resolved the key issue and first day riding it the plastic piece from the kickstand cracked and came off. Absolutely disappointed at how my entire situation was handled!!
I bought the bike in November and couldn’t even use til March.
Easy to assemble, a joy to ride, and a little more cushion wouldn't hurt but overall first ebike and I don't regret it. Night or day riding has been a blast.
Do not buy I had my bluvall k10 for about a year it was ok until I needed another controller because the front wheel controller on mine went out I went to the site but they don’t sell it on the site I contacted them they took about a month to reply I took pictures and confirmed that I bought it from this site so they told me the would send a new one well a month after that after I sent them multiple messages some how they had forgotten all the conversations and emails I sent them so I had been waiting for a few months now and they started asking for the same information and pictures I had already sent them and I can’t find a controller that works with the system anywhere else so don’t buy if you need to use your e-bike for work and have things to do because when you have a problem they take their time and give you the runaround get a bike that’s more popular so you can find replacement parts or make sure the seller has good customer service
I received my bike 2 months late, which was already frustrating. After about 6 months of use, the bike now no longer works due to issues with the display and controller.
Despite the bike being under warranty, customer support has been completely unhelpful. I’ve sent multiple emails with detailed explanations, photos, and videos, and I’m either ignored or asked repeatedly for the same information—without any real solution.
At this point, I’m left with an unusable bike and no proper assistance.
Embarrassing customer service. I do not recommend this company.
Actually, today was the first day I got the bike because the order got screwed up twice. I think it had something to do with the address. I’m not sure so I just put the bike together tonight.
So far so good, the battery key for the top battery did not come email response was as they said still waiting for the price you cannot best.

Then after they received the damaged one back two days later they finally got back to me and finally sent me out a new one. Their customer service is non-existent I'm still waiting for them to reply back to me about my March 9th inquiry. The bike screens and buttons look nothing like the one in the Happy Trails video which was supposed to be the upgrade version. Website says a free and upgrade shock I never received the upgraded shock. I thought they were supposed to be an extra set of brake pads but I could be wrong about that but I never received them. The chain snapped in half on the first ride not even a mile down the road. The the rear fender is broke not sure if that happened in shipping or when the chain snapped in half. There are a few good things about the bike it was very easy to put together. It has lots of power. I'm almost 300 lb and it goes 32 mph and that's verified by speed radar. The battery life seems to be really good overall half decent bike but customer service sucks
This E bike is probably one of the best E bikes on the market for the price. I was considering getting a Segway cyber but was talked into looking at bluvall and to be honest, I am extremely glad that I did. The only thing that I can see that is problematic is the top speed dropping so fast. I’ve had my bike less than two months and my entire speed went from 35 to like 29 but outside of that, the bike is extremely fast at takeoff and the battery life. I have not had any issues out of it. It can go all day before it’s needed to be recharge as far as customer service goes though the company is obviously still growing, so please do not expect them to be extremely fast with a lot of the stuff they do. It’s understandable. You just have to be patient but all in all I am extremely satisfied with my bike. and the last thing when you fall because you will fall on this bike at least once it is durable enough to take it. That’s one thing I think it will beat out a Segway over. Is it durability

Its a great bike. Im 250lbs and pulls me around just fine. Good range. The stiff rear shock that people have noted on reviews is really not that stiff. However My bike came slightly damaged with the chain guard bent into the derailer and front wheel rotor slightly warped because the way its placed when shipped.I was able to repair it myself. And do recommend the ship with more cardboard on the sides
