I had my long serving "beater" bike stolen, so after dealing with my insurance and their requirements and documents I get 2500 for a a similarly equipped bike...I was headed to Order a Bigniu Big X 3000W 60v 30AH bike for 1600...and I saw this FOR $585...$704 after tax and shipping. Super cheap, so my expectations were low...First...junk those Kenda Knobbies and get a 20×3 front and 20×4 Rear street tire. Second this thing is stupid fast if you raise P08. To 100kmh i get 39-40 on flat ground and im 175lbs
Just be sure to send photos of your current switch so that they can send you the correct model
This company is incredibly fast at processing your payment, but completely MIA the second you need support.
They completely dropped the ball on my order, but rather than taking ownership and making it right, they have left me stranded and waiting on their mistakes. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that takes absolutely no responsibility for their own errors.
They only care about your money, not your experience as a rider. Save yourself the stress and buy from a company that actually values its customers.
I have never experienced such awful after-sales support in my life. This company is a textbook example of a business that only cares about the initial sale.
They made a major mistake with my order, but instead of apologizing and sending out a replacement immediately, they expect me to wait around on their timeline to fix their blunder. They refuse to take any responsibility for the hassle they’ve caused.
It’s clear their entire business model is built on taking your money and then ghosting you when things go wrong. Dealing with their customer service has been nothing but a massive waste of time and energy.
Avoid them at all costs. There are plenty of reputable bike companies out there—this isn't one of them.
Do not buy from this company unless you are willing to gamble with your money.

Buying the bike was a breeze because all they care about is taking your money. The moment they have your cash, their customer service completely vanishes.

Bought this bike and the pro version; shit quality, very fragile. Okay price but HORRID after-sales support; you have to spend hours asking and backing up just to get them to use the warranty you have on the bike. TERRIBLE SYSTEM, messes up orders, and they don't take any responsibility and just waste your time. They wanted me to wait for 3 months to get the bike when I ordered it a month and a half before, so 4.5 months total. then sends the wrong bike. shit company. DO NOT BUY. TAKE MONEY ELSEWHERE
Alright, bike never goes as fast as advertised and isn't great in general; very fragile. TERRIBLE after-sales support; you will never get your way even if they mess up your order entirely on their behalf. It takes forever to get a response, and it's very hard to get your money back. They are a very badly organised company which will never help you and just try to get all of your money. DO NOT BUY, GO ELSEWHERE EVEN IF MORE EXPENSIVE ITS WORTH IT I PROMISE
After waiting 6 month to receive my k10 ebike. They promised warranty extension for the k10 ebike, with upgrade of higher quality of tires. The below battery will not charge more than 80%, the front brakes hydraulic will not stop or slow my ebike, the pads are still in good shape but the hydraulic not working since day 1, seller said he will mail me a new set of hydraulic brake set with pads for both rear and front, never received them under warranty and stopped replying to my email requests. The higher quality tires did not last seven months where the metal wire started surfacing from under the rubber. I am frustrated with Bluvall not responding nor honoring the warranty they promised.
I got mine and so far the only problem i had was that it was limited to 15mph when it got delivered but I was able to find a tutorial on how to take it off. The bikes goes around 31mph instead of 35 but still pretty quick

As far as the bike we are now up to 325 miles since the last review. Customer service did respond in the last review about sending me a new bag but apparently they are going to give me a code for a 50 dollar off gift certificate. So they seem to be trying to take care of that issue. Other then that the bike is a beast. Works great for using it to deliver food. I did hit some small jumps and brought it down a stair way and it performed amazing. Biggest down fall with hitting small jumps is some times the chain will pop off but thats to be expected with any mountain bike at times.
So far I have put 200 miles on the Bluvall R700 in a week doing door dash so far im very happy with the bike. Only issue I had was the phone holder bag that comes with the bike the zipper broke already and the lock that comes with the bike is not the best so I bought a different one!! Other then that so far im very happy with it!!
Amazing bike. Plenty of power and mighty battery. Very comfortable with front and rear shock absorber, it takes me everywhere with style and reliability l.
The harness was exactly what I needed for my upgraded version of the 52v su8.
I only got 1 disc brake rotor
Don’t have anything go wrong with your bike. You’ll get asked the same question over and over on whatsapp with no resolution.
Chain broke with in a week or so. Then 5 months in we’re having brake and suspension issues. Took to bike shop and they said it’s not well made. Reached out about using our warranty and have been going back and forth with email communication for over a week and no resolution. They gave me an whatsapp number and no one answers when I call. Very frustrating!
This might be the most full featured ebike under $1000, with features on models that cost twice as much!
Turn signals, break lights, and Kenda puncture proof tires….and the 52v upgrade is icing on the cake! Achieves 30 mph easily, I’m 6”3 and 230.
Its the best bike i have ride and i only have a bad thing and it is that i wanted more range
Very good performance i like it very much lots of people like the bike and give how good is the bike little issue on pedal assist when you peddling the pedals fills very light beside its very good highly recommended
Easy to assemble, a joy to ride, and a little more cushion wouldn't hurt but overall first ebike and I don't regret it. Night or day riding has been a blast.
I received my bike 2 months late, which was already frustrating. After about 6 months of use, the bike now no longer works due to issues with the display and controller.
Despite the bike being under warranty, customer support has been completely unhelpful. I’ve sent multiple emails with detailed explanations, photos, and videos, and I’m either ignored or asked repeatedly for the same information—without any real solution.
At this point, I’m left with an unusable bike and no proper assistance.
Embarrassing customer service. I do not recommend this company.
Actually, today was the first day I got the bike because the order got screwed up twice. I think it had something to do with the address. I’m not sure so I just put the bike together tonight.
