Purchased on July 13th received in under 40 days. Custom service was very fast and quick to respond to all my concerns about my purchase. Shipping was as fast as it's going to get coming from where the package came from. I'm guessing. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I have the Bluvall k10 trail dual motors dual battery with two separate battery chargers. And I'm happy to say everything is working correctly not one issue so far. I've been busy at work lately so I haven't had time to write my review. But now that I have some spare time I'll leave this review. Dual motors can be ran with one or both motors back rear hub motor will always be on their is no option to turn it off. The front motor can be easily switched from on or off with the red push button Wich controls the front hub motor only. So yes the the Bluvall k10 trail can be ran on only one motor. Dual batteries. Simple yes the Bluvall k10 trail can run on only one battery it doesn't matter which one and yes one battery can run both rear and front hub motors. Now about my experience riding the Bluvall k10 trail has been awesome I'm between 190- 205 in weight at 5.10 in height with that being said I've reached 34.5 mph very fast but stable at those speeds. No issues with hill climbing short or long hills steep long hills no problems 1-5 hub motor settings and 1-7 Shimano gear shifter with front and rear disc brakes. Great stoping power. So far I don't have any complaints I'm very pleased and happy with my purchase. Crazy because I wasn't going to make this purchase because I felt mislead about the price buy a YouTuber. But Thanks to that discount percentage wheel I made my purchase. Custom service was awesome shipping was great and My Bluvall k10 trail purchase is awesome 💯. As of today I have no issues. No Bluvall has not bought me out and I can't be bought. I'm a paying customer who works hard for my money. I want exactly what I paid for nothing more nothing less. I don't play games about my money and if I had an issue with Bluvall that couldn't be resolved I'll be the first person to write it in my review and let everyone know about my experience with Bluvall. But that isn't the case. I haven't had any issues so far. Custom service awesome! shipping great! Bluvall k10 trail it self is awesome great the best I'm very happy with my purchase and enjoy riding. This review may seem critical,,I only wish to help the next Bluevall customer experience their K10 fully informed,,,cool.
The manual doesn’t cover many important items of information. As well as some perplexing photos on how to set up the bike and install the front tire. So I had to kinda guess at some of the setting up the bike and the function set up display. I wasn’t sure if I should run one battery at a time(as to better judge my return power range) seems both at the same time is highly recommended. Also the suspension is pretty hard. The front fork is rough on bumps and stuff,,but that rear shock is Brutal Y’all. I love the range the double battery gives me and the dual to single motor function really works Great! It’s pretty fast,36 mph,,and Real powerful on hills. The brakes are really Awesome too! I Crush All hills in my area,lol🤘These small woes can be easily upgraded with new shocks etc. And worth it because of the Bluevall’s nicely constructed frame design. Also get yourself some tire inserts for puncture protection as well as some flat out.(both the insert and flatout product will pretty much eliminate flat tires Y’all,which is Happy worry free E-Biking🤘🤩

Recieved my K10 trail a few months ago and I definitely made the right call with the purchase.

Shipping was a bit of a challenge but the customer support team sent out regular updates and I'm more than happy with the product.

Love the K-10, a few minor issues, hoping to get squared away, but overall it blows my old Super73 right out of the water. Smoother, faster, LESS EXPENSIVE. Win!

The product is great. The shipping leaves a bit to be desired. My package arrived a couple days later than communicated and the side of the box was punctured. Upon assembling the bike, I found that the spindle nut for the front wheel was missing, right where that puncture hole was. Need to work on fulfillment a bit but the bike is great!

I’ve owned other eBikes, but the S20 stands out in terms of value. Smooth ride, excellent battery life, and I love the full suspension — it makes a big difference on bumpy roads. I have had the Bluvall SU8 48v version for roughly (3) months now. Great bike fornthe $$$$. I am looking forward to the new upgraded version of the SU8 Bluvall is currently working on.

Great ebike for the money!!!!..... I'm 350lb and it carries me wherever I want to go.
Also, when I assembled my bike, I didn't tighten the handlebars good enough and had a nasty spill/crash....this caused the rear motor to stop working....I contacted customer support and sent videos of the issue.....fault code "9"....the controller for the rear drive was damaged from the crash...Bluvall sent me all new controllers along with a new display.and main wire....THIS IS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!....even though this was my fault, Bluvall still took care of me and didn't even charge shipping....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

My old e bikes are VW beetles. This bike is a Porsche Cayenne. I'm looking forward to years of enjoyment.

It’s been about a month since I received the SU8 bike and it has been a BLAST! I did change the peddles because my sneakers frequently slipped off the peddles…..new ones have longer studs and work better for me. Also the blue peddles look great with the blue bike.
I plan to add a review every month or so to address the reliability of the bikes components, etc!

When it’s completed lock? I boomy from a bike shop and have no way of know the code or how to unlock the settings ?

I received my SU8 in April and so far it’s been a blast. The only issue I have was some damage to the box and the front brake disk was slightly bent. I also found the Bluvall web site a little confusing during my final decision process when the bikes description and specifications were being revised between the outgoing model and the updated 52volt version…. I received the 48volt version and was expecting the 52volt one!

Nice ebike at a reasonable price.

I bought this B1 PRO and love it. Right out of the box it only took me an hour to assemble as it is 90% preassembled, first I plugged in the battery to fully charged it then I began putting it together and everything was simple. After an hour it was ready to go.
My first ride I was impressed with the power of this bicycle. The throttle works great for getting going while mounting the bike. One must be careful of the cruise control when going on it the first time, I recommend having it so you can go straight for a block or so before trying and sharp.turns because of getting used to the cruise control. The two wheel drive is really great, you hit the button and really feel the additional thousand watts of power kick in so be careful the first ride.
This bike is one of buy over again and recommend to anyone who wants a bicycle that will take them anywhere. The lights are another great feature. I surprised a motorcycle guy one evening for after he passed me I put it high gear and faith up to him. At the stop sign he looked back with a look of astonishment and Gabe me a wave with a big grin on his face.

In the pictures the rear view mirror and reflectors I added. The saddle bags I added also and highly recommend for spare battery or batteries and other items. Great for trips to the store also.
The bike actually in my opinion a ten star bike.

I picked the K10 over the Super 73 based on two reasons, features and price! So far I'm impressed with this e-bike! I'm surprised that this is not as popular as it should be. Would love to see aftermarket support for this e-bike.

The power on this bike is no joke! The fat 20" tires provide excellent grip on different surfaces. I also love the three riding modes—I mostly use pedal assist, but the pure electric mode is great when I want to cruise without effort. The gold rims give it an aggressive, stylish vibe, and I get compliments all the time!

I’ve owned a few e-bikes before, but nothing compares to the K10. The carbon steel frame is solid, and I feel completely stable even at top speed. The golden rims really pop against the black frame, giving it a stylish and aggressive look. The hydraulic brakes are super responsive, and I love the cruise control feature, which makes long rides effortless.

I bought this bike for trail riding and mountain biking, and it handles rough terrain really well. The hydraulic brakes work like a charm, giving me full control on steep descents. The three riding modes (pure electric, assisted, and manual) make it versatile. I love the matte-finish aluminum alloy frame—it looks sleek and feels very sturdy. Definitely worth the investment!
