How far can I ride on a single charge?

With dual batteries (52V 20Ah + 52V 23Ah), the range is 70–120 miles with pedal assist depending on terrain, rider weight, PAS level, and weather.

Does the bike come fully assembled?

The bike arrives 85–90% pre-assembled. Final assembly typically takes 30–60 minutes and includes handlebar, front wheel, and pedal installation. If necessary, you can contact customer service to request an installation video.

What rider height does this bike fit?

Recommended for riders from 5'3" to 6'3". Please check the size chart in the product manual for detailed leg length and frame matching.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?

Each battery takes about 4–6 hours with the included 58.8V 3A charger. You can charge both at the same time.

Is the battery removable? Can I charge it off the bike?

Yes, the battery is removable and can be charged either on or off the bike using the included charger.

Is this eBike waterproof?

The bike is rated IP65, meaning it can handle light rain and splashes. It is not suitable for submersion or heavy downpours.

What's the warranty policy?

We offer a 1-year warranty on the battery and electrical system, and a 2-year frame warranty. Extended warranty options are available.

Does the bike come with one or two batteries?

The K10 comes standard with two batteries and two chargers for extended range and charging efficiency.

Can I fold this bike?

No. The Bluvall K10 is a full-size retro moped-style eBike and is not foldable.

Does it have cruise control and push assist?

Yes. Cruise control activates automatically when holding throttle for 15s. Push assist mode helps move the bike when walking.

Each K10 package includes: 1 bike, 2 batteries, 2 chargers, user manual, toolkit, and keys.

BEST BIKE EVER

Hello, I have had my Bluvall e-bike for about a month now and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.Everything about this bike is top quality and durable. It’s a very solid bike. The power that this thing has is unreal coming from a e-bike. If you need a bike to avoid using your car( like small trips to the store or to move around your city) this is definitely the bike to do it. The only time I get into my car is when I’m going to work, any other time I just jump on my bike. You can ride it in the street if necessary but to be honest it’s most fun on the sidewalks, just watch out for other people!! The only downside is how fast the tires and breaks wear down on the bike. I havea little over 300 miles on the bike after a month and I am currently buying breaks and tires for the bike. And I’m having an issue with my battery display showing the correct amount left in the tank. But all in all I’m extremely satisfied with my new bike. For the price I’m glad I didn’t go with my first choice. Thanks Bluvall!!!

Bluvall k10 trail

Purchased on July 13th received in under 40 days. Custom service was very fast and quick to respond to all my concerns about my purchase. Shipping was as fast as it's going to get coming from where the package came from. I'm guessing. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I have the Bluvall k10 trail dual motors dual battery with two separate battery chargers. And I'm happy to say everything is working correctly not one issue so far. I've been busy at work lately so I haven't had time to write my review. But now that I have some spare time I'll leave this review. Dual motors can be ran with one or both motors back rear hub motor will always be on their is no option to turn it off. The front motor can be easily switched from on or off with the red push button Wich controls the front hub motor only. So yes the the Bluvall k10 trail can be ran on only one motor. Dual batteries. Simple yes the Bluvall k10 trail can run on only one battery it doesn't matter which one and yes one battery can run both rear and front hub motors. Now about my experience riding the Bluvall k10 trail has been awesome I'm between 190- 205 in weight at 5.10 in height with that being said I've reached 34.5 mph very fast but stable at those speeds. No issues with hill climbing short or long hills steep long hills no problems 1-5 hub motor settings and 1-7 Shimano gear shifter with front and rear disc brakes. Great stoping power. So far I don't have any complaints I'm very pleased and happy with my purchase. Crazy because I wasn't going to make this purchase because I felt mislead about the price buy a YouTuber. But Thanks to that discount percentage wheel I made my purchase. Custom service was awesome shipping was great and My Bluvall k10 trail purchase is awesome 💯. As of today I have no issues. No Bluvall has not bought me out and I can't be bought. I'm a paying customer who works hard for my money. I want exactly what I paid for nothing more nothing less. I don't play games about my money and if I had an issue with Bluvall that couldn't be resolved I'll be the first person to write it in my review and let everyone know about my experience with Bluvall. But that isn't the case. I haven't had any issues so far. Custom service awesome! shipping great! Bluvall k10 trail it self is awesome great the best I'm very happy with my purchase and enjoy riding. Love the K-10, a few minor issues, hoping to get squared away, but overall it blows my old Super73 right out of the water. Smoother, faster, LESS EXPENSIVE. Win!

Great ebike for the money!!!!..... I'm 350lb and it carries me wherever I want to go.
Also, when I assembled my bike, I didn't tighten the handlebars good enough and had a nasty spill/crash....this caused the rear motor to stop working....I contacted customer support and sent videos of the issue.....fault code "9"....the controller for the rear drive was damaged from the crash...Bluvall sent me all new controllers along with a new display.and main wire....THIS IS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!....even though this was my fault, Bluvall still took care of me and didn't even charge shipping....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
