How far can I ride on a single charge?

With dual batteries (52V 20Ah + 52V 23Ah), the range is 70–120 miles with pedal assist depending on terrain, rider weight, PAS level, and weather.

Does the bike come fully assembled?

The bike arrives 85–90% pre-assembled. Final assembly typically takes 30–60 minutes and includes handlebar, front wheel, and pedal installation. If necessary, you can contact customer service to request an installation video.

What rider height does this bike fit?

Recommended for riders from 5'3" to 6'3". Please check the size chart in the product manual for detailed leg length and frame matching.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?

Each battery takes about 4–6 hours with the included 58.8V 3A charger. You can charge both at the same time.

Is the battery removable? Can I charge it off the bike?

Yes, the battery is removable and can be charged either on or off the bike using the included charger.

Is this eBike waterproof?

The bike is rated IP65, meaning it can handle light rain and splashes. It is not suitable for submersion or heavy downpours.

What's the warranty policy?

We offer a 1-year warranty on the battery and electrical system, and a 2-year frame warranty. Extended warranty options are available.

The good and the bad

First let's start with the shipping debacle. Took almost a month for me to get it first one was damaged in shipping. Then after they received the damaged one back two days later they finally got back to me and finally sent me out a new one. Their customer service is non-existent I'm still waiting for them to reply back to me about my March 9th inquiry. The bike screens and buttons look nothing like the one in the Happy Trails video which was supposed to be the upgrade version. Website says a free and upgrade shock I never received the upgraded shock. I thought they were supposed to be an extra set of brake pads but I could be wrong about that but I never received them. The chain snapped in half on the first ride not even a mile down the road. The the rear fender is broke not sure if that happened in shipping or when the chain snapped in half. There are a few good things about the bike it was very easy to put together. It has lots of power. I'm almost 300 lb and it goes 32 mph and that's verified by speed radar. The battery life seems to be really good overall half decent bike but customer service sucks

EXCELLENT PRODUCT…GROWING COMPANY

This E bike is probably one of the best E bikes on the market for the price. I was considering getting a Segway cyber but was talked into looking at bluvall and to be honest, I am extremely glad that I did. The only thing that I can see that is problematic is the top speed dropping so fast. I’ve had my bike less than two months and my entire speed went from 35 to like 29 but outside of that, the bike is extremely fast at takeoff and the battery life. I have not had any issues out of it. It can go all day before it’s needed to be recharge as far as customer service goes though the company is obviously still growing, so please do not expect them to be extremely fast with a lot of the stuff they do. It’s understandable. You just have to be patient but all in all I am extremely satisfied with my bike. and the last thing when you fall because you will fall on this bike at least once it is durable enough to take it. That’s one thing I think it will beat out a Segway over. Is it durability

Solid bike after months of use

I’ve been riding the K10 Trail for several months now and it’s honestly been a great experience. I use it regularly, and it still feels solid and well put together.

The power delivery is smooth, the handling feels very controlled, and I’ve never felt uncomfortable or unsafe riding it. It’s easy to get used to and feels stable even at higher speeds. Everything has held up well so far, which really says a lot.

I was a bit cautious when I first ordered, but after putting real miles on it, I can confidently say I’m very happy with the K10 Trail and would buy it again.
