How far can I ride on a single charge?

With dual batteries (52V 20Ah + 52V 23Ah), the range is 70–120 miles with pedal assist depending on terrain, rider weight, PAS level, and weather.

Does the bike come fully assembled?

The bike arrives 85–90% pre-assembled. Final assembly typically takes 30–60 minutes and includes handlebar, front wheel, and pedal installation. If necessary, you can contact customer service to request an installation video.

What rider height does this bike fit?

Recommended for riders from 5'3" to 6'3". Please check the size chart in the product manual for detailed leg length and frame matching.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?

Each battery takes about 4–6 hours with the included 58.8V 3A charger. You can charge both at the same time.

Is the battery removable? Can I charge it off the bike?

Yes, the battery is removable and can be charged either on or off the bike using the included charger.

Is this eBike waterproof?

The bike is rated IP65, meaning it can handle light rain and splashes. It is not suitable for submersion or heavy downpours.

What's the warranty policy?

We offer a 1-year warranty on the battery and electrical system, and a 2-year frame warranty. Extended warranty options are available.

Does the bike come with one or two batteries?

The K10 comes standard with two batteries and two chargers for extended range and charging efficiency.

Can I fold this bike?

No. The Bluvall K10 is a full-size retro moped-style eBike and is not foldable.

Does it have cruise control and push assist?

Yes. Cruise control activates automatically when holding throttle for 15s. Push assist mode helps move the bike when walking.

Solid bike after months of use

I’ve been riding the K10 Trail for several months now and it’s honestly been a great experience. I use it regularly, and it still feels solid and well put together.

The power delivery is smooth, the handling feels very controlled, and I’ve never felt uncomfortable or unsafe riding it. It’s easy to get used to and feels stable even at higher speeds. Everything has held up well so far, which really says a lot.

I was a bit cautious when I first ordered, but after putting real miles on it, I can confidently say I’m very happy with the K10 Trail and would buy it again.

Great Bike for the price

Dual motor and battery for this price is really good. It rides great and has a good battery life as advertised. I use it to commute to work and for riding around my neighborhood and at trails.
I've had some minor issues but nothing too drastic and they can be fixed.
Before you ride the bike, make sure to tighten the handle bars where it connects to the front wheel. Mine was loose, it was already set up before they shipped so I thought it was good but it wasn't.
The tire tubes aren't too good. I've had to replace both of them because they deflate and I can't even find where the hole or leak is. Get some good quality tire tubes and look up online how to replace them.
For the K10 trail, they told me it has a built in locking/security mechanism. I asked them where is it and how does it work and they told me it's the red twister on the front suspension, but that thing is only affecting suspension. It doesn't lock the bike at all.
Also the phone holder is too small for my phone while it's in it's case.

But overall I'm really happy to have this bike.

“Locking/Security Mechanism” clarification
The red rotating knob on the K10 Trail is used to lock/unlock the front suspension, not to lock the bike itself. Locking the fork can help with efficiency on smooth roads, while unlocking provides better cushioning on rougher terrain.
