I received my bike 2 months late, which was already frustrating. After about 6 months of use, the bike now no longer works due to issues with the display and controller.
Despite the bike being under warranty, customer support has been completely unhelpful. I’ve sent multiple emails with detailed explanations, photos, and videos, and I’m either ignored or asked repeatedly for the same information—without any real solution.
At this point, I’m left with an unusable bike and no proper assistance.
Embarrassing customer service. I do not recommend this company.
