Very excited to get my 1st ebike. Easy to unpack and assemble, great directions. Is probably the best quality of any bike . Very well engineered. Taking it out now for maiden voyage.

The bike is really a lot nicer than I thought it would be in every way. It has very good responses braking due to independent front and back disc brakes that stop on a dime. It can go a lot faster than I will ever ride it , but even at 20mph is very comfortable ride that is quiet and the suspension and tires make it a very comfortable ride. I was also pleased at the minor assembly required realizing the components would not difficult to replace should there ever be a problem with one of them. With dual 1000Watt motors, and the stylish frame, suspension and braking, it feels top of the line in every aspect.

When we first received the bike and test rode it, the mileage was a fraction of what it should have been. I was concerned that I was getting ripped off. I contacted the seller and described the issue. I was worried as many E-Bike sellers have atrocious customer service or none whatsoever. He immediately shipped me a new battery without any fight or fuss. My son test rode it this weekend. He put 60 miles on it with one charge.
The bike is solid on the ride and easy to assemble. The PAS speeds are programmable. The 1000 watt motor gets it up to speed without any issue and it climbs hills with no problem. The bike center bar sits lower than my other E-Bikes, which makes it a better fit for shorter people. My son rides it, and he is 5’ 4”. The fat tires make for a smooth ride.
I would recommend this bike and the seller again.
