Very excited to get my 1st ebike. Easy to unpack and assemble, great directions. Is probably the best quality of any bike . Very well engineered. Taking it out now for maiden voyage.

Bike came in and was easy to assemble. Battery life or great as ive ridden it for 10 miles and only lost one bar. Couple if things ive had issues with are the chainring which came in looking warped when turning the pedal. they sent me a replacement and even tools to help with the replacement of the chainring. the rear derailleur's shifting was off too. Going from second to third gear would cause grinding of the chain against the cassete. Overall, the bike has excellent performance, looks badass, but did have a couple of issues which needed tweaking.

Very well built bike for a big man!! Feel and handling are great. Plenty of power plenty of battery.
